Current Volunteers: Click here for the Volunteer Information Center

Volunteers are the engine behind our programs, without their sacrifice of time and energy Breaking Free would not be the success it has come to be in touching the lives of our students.

Whether you are interested in volunteering on a weekly basis during sessions, during our monthly work day, organizing a fundraiser or mucking stalls there is spot for you at Breaking Free.

Volunteers must be at least 14 years of age and complete an interview and training/ safety course (full day) at the center before beginning work at Breaking Free. An annual refresher training is required each additional year.

If you are interested in volunteering at Breaking Free, please  fill out this short application and a staff member will be in touch with you shortly: Volunteer application
